1. General provisions and acceptance
1.1. This User Agreement and Public Offer (the Agreement) governs digital purchases and use of TrustedCheats at trustedcheats.ru and trustedcheats.shop. The Website administration is the seller for purchases placed directly on the Website; the buyer is referred to as the User.
1.2. A contract for an order is concluded upon payment after the User has reviewed and accepted the terms at checkout. Visiting the Website creates no obligation to purchase. Do not place an order if the terms are unsuitable. Users must have the necessary legal capacity or obtain a legal representative’s consent where required.
2. Products and order conditions
2.1. The Website lists digital products: keys, licences and access to auxiliary computer game applications. Features, supported games, system requirements, restrictions, access periods and prices are determined by the product listing and option selected when ordering.
2.2. Before paying, check device, operating system and product compatibility and the selected duration. A purchase grants use within the relevant licence and does not transfer exclusive software rights. Third-party products remain the property of their respective rights holders.
3. Ordering and payment
3.1. Select a product and access period, supply a working email and choose an available payment method. The price and currency appear before payment. If the payment service charges an additional fee, check that fee and the final total in its form before confirming the transaction.
3.2. Payment is handled by the selected payment provider. Never disclose bank passwords, verification codes or card details to support. An order is paid once the provider confirms the transaction. Receipts are provided where and as required by law.
3.3. Buying access for a fixed period does not authorise automatic recurring charges. Any separate subscription must disclose renewal frequency, price and cancellation procedures before separate consent is obtained.
4. Delivery and access period
4.1. After payment confirmation, delivery is electronic: a key, instructions or access link is supplied on the order page and/or sent to the provided email in accordance with the purchase conditions. Delivery timing and the start of the access period depend on the selected product’s terms, which must be reviewed before payment. There is no physical shipping.
4.2. Keep your order number and access details, check your email address and spam folder. If a paid product is missing, contact support with your order number and proof of payment without secret payment data. An incorrect email does not prevent a request to restore delivery.
4.3. If a purchase button leads to a third-party seller, that seller’s terms govern the order. Check seller details, payment conditions and refunds before paying on an external website.
5. Technical support
5.1. For installation, activation or access problems, provide the order number, error description and compatibility details to support. Support checks delivery and helps identify the cause; confirmed defects are addressed in accordance with the law and order conditions.
5.2. Remote device access requires separate voluntary consent. Refusing remote access does not by itself remove statutory rights regarding quality or refunds. Diagnosis does not require passwords, banking codes or online banking access.
6. Refunds and complaints
6.1. Requests for a refund, replacement or defect resolution are assessed under applicable law, the nature of the digital product, delivery and use, and conditions disclosed before payment. This Agreement does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
6.2. Write to rachelqucha@gmail.com with the order number and date, product, amount paid, reason and requested remedy. If needed, attach error details and proof of payment with unnecessary personal data concealed. Complaints are reviewed and valid claims fulfilled within applicable statutory time limits.
6.3. Non-delivery, duplicate charges and products that do not match their description require investigation and resolution. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider, normally using the original payment method; crediting time also depends on the bank and payment system. A refund never requires a CVC/CVV, banking password or SMS code.
6.4. An incorrect selection, incompatibility with disclosed requirements, a game account ban or changes to third-party software do not promise an automatic refund. Each request is assessed against the purchase circumstances and the law. Discretionary compensation may supplement mandatory remedies.
7. Use and intellectual property
7.1. Users must provide accurate information, protect access details and comply with applicable law and product licences. Fraud, malware distribution, unauthorised access and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
7.2. Copying, publication, resale or transfer of keys and materials is permitted only within the licence, rights holder’s permission or the law. Access may be restricted on lawful grounds following a violation; justified order claims remain subject to review.
8. Risks and liability
8.1. Auxiliary game applications may breach game rules and result in account restrictions or bans. An Undetected status describes the product’s known state and does not guarantee freedom from future bans. Users must assess these risks and the game publisher’s rules.
8.2. Changes to games, anti-cheat systems and third-party software may affect functionality. Status and update information is published as it becomes available. Feature changes do not remove liability for failure to meet paid order conditions where provided by law.
8.3. Liability for network failures, third-party actions and other events is determined by applicable law. Limitations of liability do not exempt the seller from mandatory legal obligations.
9. Personal data
9.1. The Website’s Privacy Policy describes processing for ordering, fulfilment, Website operation and enquiries. Consent to advertising messages, if offered, is obtained separately from acceptance of purchase terms.
10. Changes and disputes
10.1. Updated terms are published on the Website with an update date. An existing order remains subject to the terms accepted at payment; publication alone does not change an already paid order.
10.2. Disputes may be raised using the legal email below. Contacting support does not restrict the right to seek protection from competent authorities or courts. Russian law applies subject to mandatory rules applicable to the relationship with the User.
11. Contact
11.1. For legal enquiries and complaints: rachelqucha@gmail.com. For installation and delivery assistance, use Website support. Legal enquiries should describe the requested remedy and include an order number where available.
