1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy explains how TrustedCheats processes the personal data of visitors and buyers at trustedcheats.ru and trustedcheats.shop (the Website). The Website administration organising that processing is referred to as the Operator.
1.2. The Policy covers ordering, fulfilment, available Website features and enquiries. Processing is governed by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Reading this Policy does not replace consent where the law requires it.
2. Data processed
2.1. Purchase data includes the email supplied by the buyer, order contents, selected access period, amount, order and payment identifiers, payment status and delivery information. Account features, where used, may involve account identifiers and information supplied by the user.
2.2. Enquiries involve contact details, correspondence and attachments voluntarily provided. IP addresses, browser and device types, request times and technical logs may be processed to operate and secure the Website. Never send passwords, verification codes or full bank card details to support.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
3.1. Data is used to create orders, confirm payment, deliver digital products, send order messages, resolve technical issues and handle complaints. Technical information supports security, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention.
3.2. Processing relies on entering into and performing a contract, legal obligations or separate consent where required by law. Only data necessary for each purpose is used. Advertising requires its own lawful basis; purchasing does not constitute consent to advertising.
4. Payments and data sharing
4.1. Payments are handled by the provider selected at checkout. Card details and verification codes are entered in its secure payment form; the Website does not request or store full card numbers or CVC/CVV codes. Transaction identifiers, amounts, times and results may be received to fulfil orders and process refunds.
4.2. Payment infrastructure, hosting and order email providers may receive data only as necessary and on a lawful basis for their task. Personal data is not sold. Disclosures to public authorities follow the procedure established by law. Using a supplier does not remove the Operator’s data protection obligations.
5. Cookies and browser storage
5.1. Cookies and browser storage may retain language preferences and checkout state and support security features. Users can delete or restrict them in browser settings; some features may then behave differently.
5.2. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, information about their purposes and suppliers must be available, with separate consent where required by law.
6. Retention and security
6.1. Data is retained until its purpose is achieved, necessary contractual or complaint handling periods end, or mandatory legal retention periods expire. It is then deleted or anonymised unless another lawful basis requires further processing.
6.2. The Operator restricts access, applies necessary organisational and technical safeguards and responds to identified breaches. Processing, including database localisation and any cross-border transfers, must comply with applicable Russian legal requirements.
7. User rights
7.1. Users may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, blocking or erasure where legally justified, and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not end processing supported by another lawful basis.
7.2. Send a request describing the action sought to rachelqucha@gmail.com. The Operator may request information necessary to verify that the data belongs to the requester. Requests are handled within statutory time limits. Users may also contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
8. External resources
8.1. Payment pages, forums, messengers and other external resources apply their own privacy rules. Read them before sharing information. Following an external link does not give the Operator access to passwords or private conversations on that resource.
9. Policy updates
9.1. The current Policy and its update date are published on the Website’s Privacy Policy page. Any necessary notifications and consents for changes to processing purposes or conditions follow the applicable legal procedure.
10. Contact
10.1. For legal enquiries, complaints and personal data requests: rachelqucha@gmail.com. For prompt order assistance, use Website support. Include the order number where relevant; do not attach payment passwords or verification codes.
